You can now book into Annual BPAY Training sessions on the BPAY Training Portal!

BPAY will be running sessions during the months of September -October 2015.

Remember, it is a requirement for Scheme Member staff responsible for BPAY related tasks to complete BPAY Product and Operational training appropriate to their roles and responsibilities on an annual basis.

The training will be run in NSW, QLD and VIC. We are planning a slightly different format to last year, based on Member feedback. The morning session on each day will cover off BPAY Products and Services, with more time allocated for discussion and questions.

The afternoon session will be an Operations update, including Scheme Compliance requirements, Payment Investigations, Biller Management, Error Corrections and a section on the CRN Tool. The session will include a demonstration of the BPAY Operations Portal. We also plan to cover key areas that are based on an analysis of the common questions and queries received by the BPAY Customer Relationship Team (CRT) from Scheme Members.
