As technology continues to evolve at an ever increasing pace financial institutions are looking at new ways of offering payment services through new electronic platforms.


Recently with the rise of wearable technology and continuing growth of mobile apps, BPAY is now available for use by consumers in more ways than ever before. In response, the BPAY brand guidelines now include a new section to cover use of the BPAY logo in these situations.

The brand guidelines previously outlined the use of the logo and the minimum sizing. In many wearable and mobile placements a BPAY logo may be required in a size below this. In these instances the BPAY icon (as shown below) may be used.

This icon consists of the BPAY ‘B’ without the ‘PAY’. Additional branding rules around placement and colour are outlined in the new section of the guidelines. As this BPAY icon is only to be used in very specific circumstances the BPAY marketing team need to approve its use.
